Sadly, I’m not a homeschooling mom. I’m a single mom and a full-time teacher, so the guilt of not being more present weighs heavily on me. However, I find that when we do have some spare time, thinking about and planning meaningful activities consumes most of that time. Whimsy and Bug has changed that for us. We now have activities readily available. I feel as though I am actively participating in my son’s education while also spending quality time with him.
